Cu rachetele de zăpadă pe Vf. Parângul Mare și la Fundătura Ponorului

✔ Sunday: After a well-deserved night of rest, the next day we move our camp to the Șureanu Mountains, for a walk to Fundătura Ponorului, a particularly beautiful place in the heart of the mountains. It will be a route traversed at a slow pace, to observe nature preparing for spring!

Personal equipment required:

• Mountain boots for winter - with thick sole, waterproof material, thermally insulated
• Snow guards
• Crampons (if you don't have them, contact us, we provide them free of charge within the limit of available pairs. Access to the last portion depends on this accessory, but also on the state of the snow layer, respectively the weather conditions)
​• Thick trekking pants or ski pants
• Leggings
• Down jacket or ski jacket
• Wind stopper
• T-shirts
• Body blouse (made of material that manages moisture well, e.g. merino wool)
• Waterproof gloves
• Hat & Buff
• Backpack 25-30 liters
• Frontal
• Sunscreen and lip balm
• Sunglasses
• Bottle of water, thermos
• Food

For your safety it is very important to have the right equipment for walking in the mountains in winter. If you do not have some of the equipment items mentioned above, please contact us so we can find a solution.

The tour includes:
- Mountain guide in the field
- Advice on the choice of equipment before the shift
- Collective safety equipment
- Professional snowshoes
- Climbing helmet
- Crampons and ice axes for the first 5 registered people, for the following depending on the type of boots you have. For details, contact us by phone
- Advice and permanent feedback during the tour regarding the correct use of the equipment, as well as the analysis of the situations encountered on the route
- Quality pictures

The rate does not include:
• Meals, transport, accommodation
• Access to the hot tub and/or sauna
We will stay at the Groapa Seacă cabin, the cost being 80-125 lei/night, depending on the type of room chosen.

1. We reserve the right to change the tour schedule depending on the weather conditions or any other factor that could endanger the safety of the participants.
2. For accommodation, you can contact us to stay together at the same accommodation unit, or you can search for another preferred option if you wish
3. In case you have any doubts or need additional information, give us a sign and we can consult you on both equipment-related issues and logistics related to the shift
