High Ropes
We are challenged to try different exercises up in the air, at up to 10 meters high, in order to develop personal and interpersonal competences.
This type of activities could be: climbs, crossings, jumping, descending, plunging, hanging, coordination - all secured by ropes.
Such activities will be built around high poles or areas with tall trees, and ropes and cables will be tight around them.
Although at a medium height, the activities will challenge your physical strength, your endurance and balance, mobility - and will make you confront some of your fears: fear of falling, of losing control, and will require you to trust yourself, your team and your actions.
Experts say development, education, and recreation are the effects noticed after such activities.
High ropes activities involve learning and mastering some technical skills on the spot, for example belaying your other team members.
By involving in these activities we want to cooperate, to speed up the decision process, to trust more, to identify team leaders and work as a team.
